Operational note

If you ask ezenciel to process prospect, customer, or third-party data, you are responsible for having the legal basis, notice, permissions, and internal approvals required for that use.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the ezenciel website, direct inquiries, onboarding conversations, and services used to identify, qualify, warm, route, or hand over commercial opportunities.

It applies to information you provide directly, information collected through use of the site or service, and information you instruct ezenciel to process on your behalf.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company details, commercial requirements, qualification criteria, communications, submitted forms, billing information, and technical usage data.

We may also process lead, account, buyer, or market data that customers upload, connect, or instruct us to use in qualification workflows.

If calls, chats, or messages are used in a workflow, transcripts, summaries, classifications, and related metadata may also be processed.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, onboard customers, configure qualification workflows, run agent-assisted or human-assisted operations, improve service quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We may use information to evaluate lead quality, generate handoff notes, determine next best actions, analyze workflow performance, and improve qualification consistency over time.

Customer-provided data

If you provide or connect prospect, customer, employee, or other third-party data, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required for ezenciel to process that data for the purposes you request.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, and permitted use of the data you provide. ezenciel does not independently verify that every record, contact point, consent status, or instruction supplied by a customer is lawful, current, or complete.

Agent-assisted actions

ezenciel may use software agents, automation tools, internal scoring logic, and human review to support research, qualification, drafting, routing, and communications.

These systems operate on a best-efforts basis. They can make mistakes, omit context, or produce outputs that require customer review. Customers are responsible for deciding whether to use, approve, send, rely on, or act on outputs generated through the service.

If an agent or workflow is configured to represent your company, route inquiries, draft messages, or interact with leads under your direction, you are responsible for the business rules, approvals, escalation thresholds, and brand, legal, and compliance constraints governing that use.

Sharing and processors

We may share information with infrastructure providers, communications providers, analytics providers, payment providers, CRM or workflow tools, and other processors or subprocessors reasonably needed to operate the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists for unrelated third-party marketing.

Retention and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted protection.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legitimate business operations, dispute resolution, enforcement, recordkeeping, or legal compliance.

International processing

Information may be processed in jurisdictions different from the country where it was collected. By using the service or providing information, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions subject to applicable law and provider arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for certain personal information.

If ezenciel processes data on behalf of a customer, the customer is typically the party responsible for responding to the underlying data subject request unless law requires otherwise.

Contact and updates

Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy can be sent to info@ezenciel.com.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown on this page reflects the latest version.

Important

ezenciel can help process and qualify data, but it does not assume the customer's legal obligations around consent, notice, lawful basis, or use restrictions for customer-provided data.

Start with clear qualification rules

Set the rules before agents act

The safest deployment is explicit. Define who counts as qualified, what channels are allowed, and when a human review is required.
